1. Download This File 
2. Extract Winrar file with password
3. open sp flash tool 
4. Download-Agent  Choose   MTK_AllInOne_DA.bin in Sp Flash tool
5. Scatter -lodingfile Choose Android_scatter_Fastboot_crc  bootloaderimage Folder
6. Go to Format Tab 
7. Choose the Manual Format Flash 
8. Change begin Address :        Format lenth     in Y5 2019 FRP WIPE Text.file
9. Now press start button
